Dear Customers and Partners,

 

We would like to thank you for all your support and loyalty the past few years.

 

With the approval of all required government agencies as of September 22, 2009, we have changed our company name to ISMO Technologies, LLC from “JI-Blue Technologies, LLC”.

 

Even though we are changing our name, we want to stress that ISMO Technologies’ service, support, and long term commitment towards customers will remain unchanged. We will continue our efforts to offer our customers a full range of solutions and service driven by their needs, to fulfill our mission and vision of becoming a global technology leader.

 

We will begin to use the new name on all our official documents and in all our operation activities going forward. All contracts and legal documents previously signed by “JI-Blue Technologies, LLC” will remain valid, and the corresponding obligations and rights will be assumed by “ISMO Technologies, LLC”. The name change will not affect any account information, business process, and point of contact that you have with ISMO Technologies, all of which will not be changed. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be brought on by the name change.
